Eliza was born on march 15th 2005. She’s the youngest of her siblings. Her sister, Elle, is like a second mom to Eliza and parented her for most of their childhood. Eliza and Elle only share a mom and have different dads. She lived with her mom and step-family in a run-down trailer until she was 7. Their mom was very young when she got them and weren’t really well off financially. Eliza then moved in with her dad in Mystic Falls.Mystic Falls was her first encounter with the supernatural. She met Jed at a young age and they instantly became close. They were always together and she would often be at his place. Jed never told her a lot about him being a wolf, so when she witnessed him activate his curse she got scared and cut off all contact with him leaving them to be enemies rather than friends.A few years after that she met Lizzie at the Mystic Grill after accidentally spilling her drink on Lizzie when they bumped into one another. Eliza offered to borrow her a spare sweater that she had in her bag which Lizzie was hesitant to but eventually agreed.
Lizzie would often bring Eliza around to the Salvatore School where she befriended a lot of the students, especially Josie, Avery, MG and Hope. Eliza didn't know that Jed went to the school so whenever they bumped into each other it would be awkward and full of snickering comments. It wasn't until many years later that they would eventually get along again and developing romantic feelings.Eliza is very good hearted and always see the best in everyone. She’s quite positive and loves to make friends. She’s a good student and hopes to one day become a doctor with a speciality in peds. Eliza spends most of her days either at home or out with friends. She loves going to beaches and bonfires.
